Rest Day Sauna offers wood-fired sauna for private rental and public seating. We're located on the shores of Lake Hebron in Monson, Maine. Our mission is to offer a rejuvenating, community-oriented sauna experience to local residents, visiting artists, hikers on the Appalachian Trail, and other vacationers. We've crafted a unique wood-fired sauna experience that blends Finish-inspired sauna traditions with Monson's sense of adventure! Our sauna site is bordered by the beautiful Lake Hebron on one side and Pleasant Street, the footpath AT hikers take to resupply in town and rest at the Shaw’s Hiker Hostel, on the other.
